Toronto Office Catering Ordering Guide

A readable office catering guide for quantity planning, timing, dietary notes, pickup or delivery coordination, and follow-up questions.

Planning note: Use this guide to prepare your order details. Confirm current menu availability, quantities, timing, pickup or delivery options, decoration options, and pricing with Paris Baguette Yonge & Eglinton before placing a larger order.

Start with the meeting type

  • For a short coffee meeting, focus on pastries, coffee, and tea.
  • For a longer working session, consider adding sandwiches or savoury items.
  • For a client visit, choose items that are easy to serve, clean to eat, and visually polished.

Quantity planning

  • Confirm the number of attendees plus a small buffer.
  • Choose a mix of familiar items and a few premium-looking selections.
  • Ask the café which sizes, boxes, or trays are currently available for your group.

Timing and pickup planning

  • Work backward from the meeting start time.
  • Build in travel, elevator, reception, and setup time.
  • For early meetings, confirm pickup timing before promising the food internally.

Dietary and preference notes

  • Ask whether vegetarian, no-pork, nut-aware, or other preference notes are needed.
  • Keep dietary items clearly separated when possible.
  • Do not assume an item is allergen-free without confirming with the café.

Office setup checklist

  • Napkins, plates, cups, stir sticks, and utensils
  • Coffee/tea service location
  • Clear labels for pastries and savoury items
  • A trash area after the meeting
